Serves 2 persons
1 asparagus bundle
1 garlic clove
1 cup of water
100 grams of sour cream
salt, pepper (according to preference)
1. Fry the cut onion in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Once it is golden, add the asparagus, which should be cut into small pieces.
2. Cover the pot and let it cook for 10 minutes at medium fire. After add the water and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
3. Use a mixer to mash all the ingredients. If the paste is too thick, add more water. At the end mix in the sour cream.
4. Garnish the soup with one freshly minced garlic clove .
