Autumn Rice Pilaf

Serves 4 persons

2 cups of long-grain white rice
6 garlic cloves
150 grams of fresh corn kernels
150 grams of fresh beans (taken from inside of flat beans)
150 grams of walnuts
1 tablespoon of olive oil
a mix of salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, oregano, mint

1. Cook the rice according to the box instructions. After it’s done, drain the leftover water and let it cool on the side.
2. Separately, put in a pan the olive oil together with the cut garlic gloves, corn kernels and beans.
3. Steer until they are golden brown and then mix in the rice with the spices.

Serve hot with pickled cucumbers.
