Cold Vegetable Salad

SERVES 4

6 potatoes
6 carrots
4 eggs
1 jar of dill pickled cucumbers
1/4 of a cup of homemade mayonnaise
1/2 a lemon juice

1. Steam the carrots and boil the potatoes and eggs.
2. Cut the carrots, potatoes, eggs and pickled cucumbers in small square pieces and mix them in a large bowl.
3. Add a spoon of homemade mayonnaise and the lemon juice and mix well.

Serve cold and enjoy!
