Flatbread stuffed with delights

Serves 4 persons

8 flatbreads
500 grams of chicken
500 grams of tomatoes
half a green salad
500 grams of sour cream with 3 minced garlic cloves and Mediterranean spices
300 grams  of cheddar cheese

1. Marinate the chicken for 15 mins with 1 tbs of olive oil, 3 garlic cloves and thyme. Fry it in a pan until it becomes golden brown.
2. Place the rest of the ingredients in different bowls and stuff your flatbread according to your taste.

Very easy and healthy!
