Gluten-free cupcakes

Makes 12 cupcakes

2 bananas
2 eggs
1/4 a cup of sugar
1/4 tsp of salt
2 tbs of baking powder
1 tbs of cinnamon
1 cup of yogurt
3 cups of oats
1 cup of milk

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl and then add all ingredients in the order mentioned above.
  3. Mix well all ingredients and pour the mixture in the muffin cups. Top them with your favorite toppings: apple, raisins, coconut flakes, etc.
  4. Put them in the oven for 30 minutes.


You can find the original recipe here. I reduced the amount of sugar and made it simpler.
