Green Peppers Filled with Cheese


4 thin-skinned green peppers
300 g of bio Pur Natur yogurt
200 g of feta cheese
2-3 garlic cloves or handful of cut chives
fresh dill

1. Mix all ingredients together and fill the fresh peppers with the mixture.
2. Serve as an appetizer or light lunch.

To make it more consistent you can also add some pumpkin and sun flower seeds on top.
