Guacamole

SERVES 2

4 avocados
8 cherry tomatoes
3 garlic cloves
salt, pepper

*For an extra kick, you can also add parsley and roasted red peppers from a jar.

1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mash them with a fork or a mixer. Eat them with chips or Wasa whole grain crispbread.

I must say that I am simply addicted to this guacamole. It is so easy to do and so tasty! Enjoy!
