Power salad

Serves 4 persons

1 big romaine lettuce
4 hand boiled eggs
2 medium cucumbers
300 grams of feta cheese
200 grams of cheery tomatoes
1 handful of black olives
1 handful of pumpkin seeds
1 handful of sunflower seeds
1 handful of radishes
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves
1 lemon
black pepper

1. Cut all ingredients in small pieces and mix well together.

Who says that salads can’t be filling? After eating this salad, I am good for the next 3 hours. It is extremely nutritious and fast to do!
