Food Chez Pink ElephantThis section of the Chez Pink Elephant website is dedicated to our bodies. The relationship that we have with food and our bodies is a crucial one that impacts enormously our inner and outer balance.

In this section of Chez Pink Elephant, you will find only 30 minute recipes that can be described in only 3 words: simple, healthy and tasty.  Since I work full-time, I understand how difficult it is sometimes to motivate yourself to cook something and I can only imagine that it’s even harder for all the working parents out there who have to juggle so many things at once. I also understand those who have no experience in cooking and find this task extremely challenging.  This is why I will share with you only recipes that require no experience in cooking and only a very short time of preparation.

The type of cooking that I am proposing should be seen more like an automatism, rather than a long, tedious chore. Cooking should become as easy as brushing your teeth or taking a shower every morning.

In order to show that cooking is accessible to anyone, Chez Pink Elephant organizes regularly cooking workshops where some of these recipes are put into practice. So stay tuned, and see if you are interested in any of the upcoming cooking workshops.
