Tart with leeks and chicken
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 leeks, sliced
150 grams of chicken
2 large eggs
250 grams of sour cream
50g Gruyere, grated
salt, pepper, thyme
1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
2. In a pan, fry the leeks, until golden. Then add the chicken. Once the chicken looks cooked, add the thyme, salt and pepper.
3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add the eggs, sour cream, and Gruyere.
4. Put the mixture in the home-made pastry (recipe shown here).
5. Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with a salad on the side.
