Tart with spinach and feta
1 kg of fresh spinach
3 green onions
2 garlic cloves
500 grams of feta cheese
6 cherry tomatoes
150 grams of sour cream
1. Preheat oven to 160 C.
2. In a pan with a few drops of olive oil, fry the green onions and minced garlic until they are golden. Then add the spinach. Once the spinach looks cooked, drain as much as possible the water that is left from the spinach.
3. In a large bowl mix in the spinach mixture, feta cheese, egg, and sour cream.
4. Put the ingredients in the home-made pastry (recipe shown here) and decorate it with the cherry tomatoes.
5. Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
Feel free to add any seeds to the spinach mixture. It will only be better! Serve with a salad on the side.
