Tuna pasta salad

Serves 4 persons

400 grams pasta (penne or fusilli – if eaten on its own double ingredient amounts)
3 cans of tuna (in olive oil)
1 red onion
150 grams of black olives
1 tablespoon of capers
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon
fresh parsley
salt, black pepper

1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the box instructions.
2. Meanwhile, chop in small pieces the onion and black olives. Drain the olive oil from the tuna cans and mix all ingredients together. Put them all over the cooked pasta.
3. Mix everything well and serve hot or cold.

I saw many recipes that use mayonnaise for this recipe. It’s really not necessary! It tastes so good natural and fresh.
