Yellow beans with green lentils

Serves 4 persons

1 kg of yellow beans
8 garlic cloves
200 grams of green lentils
1 handful of parsley
4 tbs of olive oil
salt and pepper

1. In a pan, heat on medium fire the olive oil and add 6 garlic cloves which should be cut in small pieces.
2. Add the yellow beans. Let them at medium fire for about 15 minutes, stirring from time to time.
3. Add at the end, the remaining 2 garlic cloves (minced) and the parsley.
4. Season with garlic. Serve with polenta and a piece of feta cheese.
